21st Annual HIV CME Symposium: Tough Decisions Made Easier!
Current Challenges in the Treatment and Prevention of HIV
This one-day symposium is designed to provide participants with relevant, reliable, up-to-date information on the clinical management of HIV-related issues including: management of people with HIV with new or simplified treatment options, management of HIV related complications and the use of antivirals for the prevention of HIV in those at-risk.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
- Identify best practice for vaccinations of persons with HIV, including new insights on the use of modern Hepatitis B vaccination strategies
- Recognize the opportunities and challenges with solid organ transplantation, bone marrow transplant, and CAR-T therapies in persons with HIV
- Identify the challenges facing United States public health and where to find reliable sources of public health information
- Identify novel HIV treatment agents in the development pipeline, with a focus on long-acting and extended-release agents and regimens
- Describe recent advances in HIV Prevention, including use of Lenacapavir for PrEP and updates to post-exposure prophylaxis guidelines
- Describe the data, guidelines, and limitations of the use of DoxyPEP for STI prevention
