  1. Cultivate their sense of narrative self by examining and drawing power from their lived experience of the Latino Double Impostor Syndrome (i.e. being told that one is too Latino ever to be American, but when in Latino space, being told one is too American to be an “authentic” Latino).

  3. Use the Latinx Epidemiological Paradox and Latino Healthy Lifestyle Advanta to create a positive narrative about Latinx interaction with the US healthcare system.
  4. Use the US Latino Gross Domestic Product (US Latino GDP™ ) to develop a positive narrative about Latino contributions to the US economy and society.
  5. Create a professional community of deepened and cohesive narrative as diverse providers.
  6. Identify a personal path to executive-level positions, election to board governance, and appointment to critically impactful boards and commissions.
  7. Play leading roles by using their voice in the construction of a shared narrative for the multicultural, multiracial society of 21st century California and beyond.
